There are two ways you can delete a message using this client. Using either method will permanently remove it from your mailserver - you will not be able to download it to a local email client on another machine at a later date. However, you will also get a confirmation screen before any message is deleted.

     The first method is done from the Message Screen. There is a checkbox next to each message listed; place a checkmark next to every message you want removed (by clicking in the box with your mouse) and then click on the small blue "Delete" button in the top left corner of the list. The confirmation page will show each message you selected and ask you if you are sure you want to remove them. If you click "Yes", that message will be permanently removed with no way possible for us to recover it. (There is no "Deleted Items" or "Trash Can" folder using this client - the messages are gone and we can't get them back).

     The other method is active when you are reading a message: the large "Delete" button will be active in the Action bar. If you click this button, a small window will pop-up asking you to confirm the deletion. If you click "Yes", that message is removed from your mail server permanently and the next message on your list will be opened. (If that was the last message on your list, the Message Screen will be displayed instead).

     Please read again: Regardless of which method you use, if you confirm the deletion of a message, it is gone forever. There is no way anyone at here or anyone else can get it back. Please be very certain you want that message removed.
